It is inevitable that 100% of us will die at some point.  Sadly, talking about death and dying remains a societal taboo and many people are not active participants in planning the last stages of their life, and are unaware of the aspects they can positively influence.

It is really important that we are prepared for the final stages our lives; that we have considered and shared our personal wishes about how and where we wish to be cared for, and who we want to spend our final moments with.

Evolve & Flourish appreciate the sensitivity of this topic and value the contributions that artists can bring in helping people explore end of life planning conversations in a non-threatening way. We work with local artists using a range of different mediums to help people explore and portray those things that will matter most to them as they approach end of life.

We run Life Cafes, funeral planning sessions and short creative programs exploring what Ageing Well and Dying Well looks like.  We work with community groups, care homes and day centres, as well as working with individuals to create personal end of life plan albums.
