Encouraging conversations about death, dying and end of life planning:

Over the years, society has become largely unprepared and overwhelmed about death and dying. Dying has become outsourced to health and social care establishments. We have lost the skill of talking openly about dying, and subsequently are not prepared for own deaths and are unskilled at companioning one another through our final moments.
Evolve & Flourish create safe spaces to engage people in conversations about death and dying, both on an individual basis and in group settings, to learn more about life’s final phase and available support. Our aim is to share information to allay anxiety, prepare people for the inevitable, and most importantly encourage people to be active participants in their care journey.
We use a range of creative activities and tools to help engage people in conversations, working with care homes, community groups, schools, colleges and places of worship to name but a few. We aim to make these conversations fun, enjoyable and most importantly comfortable.
